Reliant Energy is the largest utility electricity provider in Texas, and at the time, was Grey San Francisco’s largest book of business. Delivering a world-class site redesign for this important client was a major priority for our business.
I was tasked with leading and assembling the right team to concept and execute a complete website redesign to support the client’s new strategic plan. I hired the right talent and led the team to produce six distinct design directions in the first creative phase, delighting the client and selling through a winning design and approach.
